Kim's baby fever reaches an all-time high when she meets the puppies that are up for adoption. Kroy is the only one standing strongly against bringing a dog home, perhaps because everyone's too busy to take care of it. Then again, after checking out the teacup piglet Brielle received as a present, a new puppy suddenly looks a whole lot more appealing.
