S04E16: Potty Training SpikeTrying to fight their thirst on a hot day, the Rugrats get a drink from a drinking fountain, only to get their relief thwarted when Grandpa broke a water main after a couple of workers leave for a ""mid-morning pre-lunch break"" (to get away from Grandpa's boring storytelling). However, with the help of Sabu, they manage to find relief before the most brutal time of the day, ""The Time of No Shadows"" (noon).
